Karnak Temple

 
HERE WE ARE IN KARNAK TEMPLE NOT HOT ENOUGH TO BE TEMPTED TO GO FOR A SWIM WHERE ONCE THE PRIESTS OF THE TEMPLE SWAM ALL THOSE MANY YEARS AGO.
TODAY WE HAD SPARE TIME TO WATCH THE BIG FISH CATCHING THE MINOES. AND THE SWALLOW SKIMMING THE LAKE FOR FLIES. THIS WAS MY 7TH VISIT TO THIS VAST COMPLEX AND ENJOYED IT AS I DID THE FIRST, and for those bird people we have a picture of a crane. this has been part of the complex scenery for the past 7 years it never seems to move, but is a great place for the birds to view the temple.  as one says ;- a birds eye view.

 the lake is called the sacred lake  and its near the scarab beetle stone that looks over the lake, 

The clarks name is no 00001, Must be an android .(robot mrk 2)so I guess  he did not know the price of cola.  or it was told by its master,

and he has made the  place by the lake in Karnak temple the most expensive place in all of egypt. the most one pays in dollar hotels is 10egp, the airport is also cheaper at 8egp'

so take a good look at the can its not made of gold its a normal aly can that costs 1egp buying in bulk. ie 24 cans 24LE.    no glass but we did get a straw in its own wrapper ,

  THE WAITER GETS 15LE PER DAY SO WHY SHOULD HE GET TO PULL THE RING PULL,

here near the sacred lake the cat  gets to read the daily paper and maybe it is the only one who knows coke cans have gone up by 150%. or it could be the straws that have gone up in price now they come with a wrapper.

 

And yes  we have to play games.    if the statue was any smaller it would be in someones private collection by now.

NO MY MATE IS NOT BEEN CARTED OFF BY THE LOCAL FUZZ.  HE IS BEING ESCORTED UP THE PATH IN THE OFF CHANCE HE IS KIND HEARTED  AND WANTS TO DONATE SOME MONEY TO A SUCH A WORTHY CAUSE AS THE FUZZ FUND,  BUT ME AND MY CAMERA  PUT IT IN TOUCH..
 I ALSO SAW A LIZARD  NOTHING SPECIAL BUT ITS ONE I HAVE NOT SEEN BEFORE AND JUST LIKE MANY TIMES BEFORE I DID NOT HAVE MY LONG RANGE LENS ON. BUT I SAW IT ,
